Selection and proposal
We recommend a suitable battery model based on how your product is used, and set out the BMS matching, mechanical design, thermal management and safety design.
Samples and validation
Samples and test data are provided against the agreed plan so you can validate the pack in your product. Cost is confirmed according to the specific model and quantity.
Certification and testing
We check the certifications required for your target market and model: existing certificates and reports are provided directly; new items are handled by us, with the plan and arrangements confirmed with you before we proceed.
Volume production
Samples are built to the same technical requirements and inspection criteria as volume production, so the volume units match the sample you approved. Delivered to the agreed schedule, no fixed quantity limit and multiple models can run in parallel.
Shipping
Shipping is flexible: nominate your own forwarder, or ask us to arrange the forwarder for export — the two can be combined freely to fit your process.
