Which form factors are available for security devices?
Two: pouch and cylindrical. Pouch suits slim devices such as body cameras and alarms; cylindrical has an edge in structure and consistency. The choice follows your battery bay.
Will it still work at low temperature?
Tell us your minimum operating temperature and the actions required in the cold, and we will assess from the chemistry direction to match your operating conditions.
How is moisture protection handled for outdoor use?
The structure is designed with protection and moisture resistance in mind. The specific rating follows your unit design, and the pack works with the unit to meet the protection target.
How is certification handled?
We hold 17 certifications and reports including CE, IEC 62133, UL 2054, RoHS and REACH. Mature models come with existing certificates, provided directly; newly customised models are checked item by item against your target market and specifications. New certifications are handled end to end by our team, with testing costs and timelines set out in the proposal for your confirmation before anything starts.
