Which form factors are available for handheld terminals?
Pouch is the main option. The pouch follows the internal structure and stays thin, suiting compact devices such as POS terminals, scanners and PDAs. Dimensions and interface follow your battery bay.
Is fast charging supported?
Tell us the charging time and current you need. The charging strategy and protection parameters are settled at the selection stage, shortening recharge time as far as safety allows.
Will it last a full day?
That depends on your standby and working current and how often the device is used. Provide the energy parameters and we will assess a capacity plan that aims to cover a single shift.
How is certification handled?
We hold 17 certifications and reports including CE, IEC 62133, UL 2054, RoHS and REACH. Mature models come with existing certificates, provided directly; newly customised models are checked item by item against your target market and specifications. New certifications are handled end to end by our team, with testing costs and timelines set out in the proposal for your confirmation before anything starts.
